At Saltanat Restaurant, we are committed to providing our guests with excellent food and service in line with the highest standards of care and hospitality. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following policy applies to all guests dining with us:

MANDATORY Service Charge

  • A service charge will be automatically added to all bills at Saltanat Restaurant.
  • This charge is compulsory and applies to every guest unless a legitimate service or food-related issue occurs.

Right to Request Removal of Service Charge

  • If a guest experiences a genuine problem with their food or service, they must raise the issue with our staff immediately so it can be resolved.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to a satisfactory standard, the guest has the right to request removal of the service charge.
  • If no such issue is reported, or if the issue is resolved, the service charge remains mandatory and must be paid in full.
